Hi, we are Ayanna & Aleisha, the sisters behind the Gentle Yogi. We are dedicated to the wellness of each and every person who walks through our doors. The Gentle Yogi first started in 2015 and has continued to serve by creating safe spaces for people to heal, grow and manage their stress whether it's in our clinic, in your home or on national T.V.

When we aren't using our magic touch to manage stress, anxiety and to ease pain, we spend our time learning, relaxing on the beach and soaking up some island wellness.

How much is my GY subscription?

Your monthly GY subscription is $199TTD and gives you a 30 day access.

We also offer our annual membership, billed in one lump sum of $1990 TTD where you will pay for just 10 months and get 2 months free access!

What do I get with my subscription?

When you sign you will be able to stream yoga classes from the Caribbean's best teachers anytime , anywhere. You will gain unlimited access to the GY library, challenges, meditations , live classes and personal training sessions.
